We ended up taken into the Thegchen Phodrang visitor House which is not rated for a resort. We needed to walk many minutes down a muddy street, then on arrival the electrical energy in the house was off and we were being resulted in our home up a dangerously dim stairway. The electric power was later on turned on. The space experienced no phone, no
